At WorkOutLoud, we’ve always believed that the strongest communities are built with their members. That’s why we recently asked our Infor CloudSuite Users Community to share feedback through a short survey, and the response reinforced just how valuable this community driven approach truly is.

What We Heard From You

While responses varied by role, industry, and CloudSuite focus area, several clear themes emerged:

1. You want value beyond events. Many of you shared that while conferences and webinars are important, ongoing engagement between events is critical. Members are looking for year-round access to discussions, peer insights, and practical content, not just touchpoints tied to a calendar date.

2. Practical, real-world CloudSuite content matters most. Feedback emphasized a strong desire for content that goes beyond theory.

Members want:

  • Customer-led discussions
  • Lessons learned from real implementations
  • Tips, configurations, and workflows you can apply immediately

This reinforces the importance of peer-to-peer learning within the community.

3. Focused discussions by role and topic are essential. You told us that targeted conversations, by CloudSuite module, industry, or job function, create more meaningful engagement than one-size-fits-all messaging. Smaller, focused groups help members get answers faster and learn from others facing similar challenges.

4. Simplicity and visibility are key. Many respondents noted that communication can easily get lost across email, meetings, and disconnected tools. A centralized space where conversations, resources, and updates live together makes it easier to stay informed and involved.
