Chris Ruszin has spent the last two years working in the Infor-Lawson market for RPI. This position has allowed him to gain experience as support management for our managed service clients and various other technical services. This week, he is excited to discuss the types of client requests he encounters on a regular basis, as well as provide an in-depth explanation of the differences between the Ming.le Inbox and the Landmark Inbasket. As an avid fan of all Baltimore and DC sports organizations, Ruszin is right at home in our Baltimore office, where he has worked since his graduation from Towson University in 2018.
