Ariane Silva is an Infor CloudSuite HCM Certified Consultant focused on GHR Core and Benefits Implementations. She has supported various projects across all three Lawson S3 Suites, as well as Infor CloudSuite HCM. Ariane specializes in leading GHR (v11) Benefits and HCM implementations, as well as developing client-specific training documentation and preparing training and test environments. She has extensive experience administering and supporting Infor Lawson S3 and GHR Payroll. Her understanding on the needs of a client helps her build positive relationships with end users, leading to effective training delivery, testing cycles, and ultimately Go-Live.

As an HCM Consultant for RPI, Dawne Noworyta has over fifteen years of experience in Human Capital Management. Working within the Healthcare and the Public Sector industries (with clients as diverse as Transportation to School systems), she has had the opportunity to help clients refine their current systems and implement GHR. Dawne joined RPI in 2019 and has focused her attention on process change and automation. She is passionate about helping clients figure out the best solution for their business and ensuring they get the most out of their software implementation.
