This session will be showcasing Career Planning, a capability which aims to help organizations increase employee retention and engagement. Career Planning puts employees at the center and empowers them to take control of their own career and growth by providing them with the insights, opportunities and tools they need to reach their potential, all within your organization.

Career Planning is the first phase of Talent Empowerment and was released in January 2023. It was enabled for early adopter customers in January 2023 and general availability is planned for late Q1/early Q2 2023.
