MRLUG Spring meeting at Infor Headquarters May 9th 2019

Rooms are available in a MRLUG block at $309 per night plus sales and occupancy taxes. Reservations are required to be completed prior to 04/12/2019

All vendors must be a certified Lawson Partner approved by Infor. All payments must be received in full by May 1st 2019.
Sponsorship rates for the 1 day meeting are:
Based Vendor - 400.00: includes one representative and table. (capped at 7 due to space limitations) no exceptions. Please do not register on the customer site as your registration will be deleted.
Vendor 2nd additional Presenter add-on -(only with full paid vendor registration)- $150.00
Special vendor sponsorships (Only one of each slot available) must be paid ASAP Prices include base price
Filled -Gold $1200 - 30 minute session during general morning session and host of our evening happy hour at double tree May 8th or 9th. includes the following: Vendor table pick, giveaways, lunch table, first speaker session and extra gifts to raffle away and 1 free presenter registration.
Filled - Silver $1000 - co-sponsor of door gift, (Bluetooth Earbuds) vendor will receive 10 please provide logo for branding (payment must be paid in full prior to order)
Filled - Bronze $700 – cosponsor of smaller door gift (MRLUG phone pocket) vendor will receive 10 please provide logo (payment must be paid in full prior to order)

We appreciate your support of this meeting and our user group in its continuous efforts to be successful for everyone involved. We make every effort to ensure there are opportunities for interaction with the attendees by providing break times
Collection of contact information is your responsibility and we encourage your company to provide their own incentives in addition to MRLUG's to support your efforts.
Your company will be added to all announcements, website and emails etc.

Keep in mind 'on site' presenters offer the best interaction with the users and we cannot 100% guarantee remote connectivity.
Remember to provide a 1-2 sentence description of the session for quick reference, another description of 3-5 sentences for the handouts and who your target audience is.
