1) Create users that will authenticate through your active directory.
2) Create Cloud Suite users--best for contractors that don't need to be in your active directory for any other reason.
3) Mass create users with a csv file import of just FirstName, LastName and Email address!
4) Create default  Read more...security roles so all new users get the same roles--great for non-back office users that will all have the same roles!
5) Create new users in draft mode--then requires approval and activation of the new user in a second step.

And IFS uses the ION tool to:
1) Automatically add the user to the Actors business class.
2) Sync up security roles--adding/removing a security role in the IFS tool, automatically updates the Actor's Landmark application security and vice versa!
3) See the Actor's status, Account Lockout, and the last time they logged into the system.
