Did you see Infor's Critical Notification Announcement about using Benefits and Transition Management this fall in SoHo 4 UX? For those who are transitioning to the SoHo 4 UX for the first time, there are additional steps to turn on Responsive Controls for both Benefits and Transition Management so the new SoHo 4 forms in those modules are enabled. Clients using these 2 modules will want to be sure to test their Transition Programs and Enrollment events--both annual and life, with Soho 4 and  Read more...the responsive controls fully turned on. The new forms will need to be reviewed to see if any configurations you had on the old forms need to be configured onto the new forms. Attention all Infor Employee Relations users in the Soho 4 UX! Did last month’s change to the Coaching form take you by surprise? Were you on the lookout for the change to the Discipline form that dropped in with this past weekend’s release? These are new forms that any configurations made to the older forms will not automatically show up on—you will need to re-configure the new form if those configurations still apply. Infor has announced they are also planning user experience  Read more...updates to the Grievance and Notes forms in the future as well, so you’ll want to be prepared to quickly re-configure as the Soho 4 UX facelift continues and each new form drops in month-to-month. Did you know Infor has free release training you can access out on Infor Campus so you can see exactly what’s about to drop? Go to Infor Concierge and search for KB 2161846, and then click on any link for functionality applicable to your organization’s use of the system. Attention all Infor HCM Customers still using the older “3.5” user experience—Are you ready to switch to SoHo 4 UX by the end of March 2021? Infor has announced that starting in April 2021, they will only fix issues with the 3.5 user experience in SoHo 4 UX (if applicable), and that by the end of September 2021, they will turn off the 3.5 user experience for all customer environments.
