Make sure their profile is public to allow members of the community to find you in the community search.  It is easy to create a network of people that are just like you and can possibly help with additional knowledge to help improve your career.

To update their profile and make sure it is public: 

1. Go to the top of the community page: https://lgug.workoutloud.com/Today
2. Select the down arrow next to your name 
3. Select "Edit Profile"
4. Scroll towards the bottom of the page to "Settings"
5. Look for "Public Profile" to select "Yes", see the attached as an example
