SQL Failover and Lawson Database Servers keep going out

We are using SQL Failover to keep High Availability for Lawson. When our Databases failover, Lawson loses connection and it must be rebooted to restore connection to SQL. Does anyone have any suggestions for using Lawson in a Failover Environment so that the GENDB connection does not get dropped?
