You can now attach a file you want to share with someone directly on their feed or in a group.

If you have not done so already, It's time to log into your new Digital Concourse, It's simple, just follow these three easy steps:

  1. Go to http://lgug.workoutloud.com/Today and select "Sign Up"

  2. Enter your name, email address and password
  3. Verify your email address and update your profile

After you have updated your profile our team will convert data from your old profile to your new one. Your connections and followers will all be transferred over in the next 30 days.
