Hi - thinking about attending, but not sure of logistics. Is the hotel near the college? If not, is there transportation? Wondering if a rental car is needed.
Hi Elaine, the Fairfield Hotel and St Olaf College are about 1.5 miles from each other. We are currently working on what transportation options we have to offer our attendees for shuttle service between those two locations. If you are flying into Minneapolis, the airport to Northfield is about a 45-60 minute drive. In the past Northfield Lines had some bus shuttle options, but the dates/times were limited. Hi, this is the first time attending this event and am flying into Minneapolis. Just curious if there are any shuttles to St. Olaf for this event or renting a car is the way to go?
Hi Michael, last year when we checked there was a Northfield Lines bus, but the dates/times were limited. The drive from the MSP airport is about 45-60 mins, so taking an Uber, etc. can also be pricey. I would suggest calling Northfield Lines to see what they have to offer.
