- Payment needs to be made by June 1st to guarantee booth; fees are non-refundable.
- Building will be open for table/booth set up at 7:15am Wednesday, June 19th.

- Give-aways
- If you have an item that you’d like to give away as a door prize on the final day you may collect business cards at your table for your prize drawing.
- You are welcome to hand out giveaways at your booth.
- Booth space is limited; therefore we will accommodate vendors on a first-come, first-served basis, as well as membership status in our User Group. Preference will be given to vendors who have previously participated in our conference.
- If submitting a presentation/session topic:
- Session length is 1 hour
- We respectfully request that vendor presentations keep the sales focus to a minimum
- MWLUG Board will review all presentations on April 12th and contact you after to confirm the approval status
