Lawson Experience:  21 years

Carla has Lawson expertise ranging from all Financials applications, HR/PR/BN applications, project management, security administration, upgrades & implementations.  Dakota Electric Association runs Lawson on an iSeries environment and utilizes the Financial Suite, the Human Resources/Payroll suite, and Smart Office. She has served as President of the MWLUG board and as Treasurer on the Global User Group board in the past.

Dakota Electric Association:  Carla has worked at Dakota Electric for 22 years and has held a number of positions, including her current position since 2005.

One of the founding Members of MWLUG in 1997.

User Collaboration and Special Interest Group (SIG) Coordinator:

Amanda Ellenbaum, Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Management, Mayo Clinic (incumbent) 

Amanda Ellenbaum is a Systems Analyst in Supply Chain Management at the Mayo Clinic located in Rochester, MN. She has worked with Lawson for 15 years in a variety of roles in Supply Chain. In her analyst role, she functions as a liaison between the Mayo Clinic business areas and IT, supporting incoming and outgoing interfaces into Lawson from ancillary systems.

 Administrative Officer

• Handle correspondence
• Record meeting minutes
• Maintain archive of correspondence & minutes
• Coordinate AV equipment and any other special requirements for user group meetings
• Coordinate Thank You notes
• Coordinate food and beverages at meeting site

User Collaboration and Special Interest Group (SIG) Coordinator

• Provide direction for SIG Facilitators
• Research new methods and improve existing methods for Lawson clients to
  •  Contact each other 
  •  Share knowledge and experiences that are both technical and business application oriented.
  •  Share products developed for use in the Lawson application environment (e.g. reports, programs, scripts, training materials, documentation)
• Coordinate appropriate breakout rooms at meeting site
