Description: Learn how qualifications including competencies, skills, certifications and education will create a foundation to better leverage the functionality within the Talent Management modules such as Talent Acquisition and Succession and Performance Management. Melissa will go over the roadmap as to how to implement qualifications so you can get more out of GHR and begin activating the Talent Management modules. For those still on HRM (v10), this session will also go over what is worth setting up in HRM (v10) to get ready for the migration to Infor HR Talent.
