Senior Supply Chain Strategist

Rick Winans is a highly experienced Supply Chain Executive with an extensive background providing strategic and operational advice in the Healthcare space. With over 25 years of healthcare operations and consulting, he offers project leadership to maximize Infor's Lawson Supply Chain software capabilities in order to address operational challenges, attain improved efficiency and optimize operational processes. Mr. Winans' areas of expertise encompass contract management, transactional procurement, expense management, logistical efficiency and inventory management for typical supply chain services and specialty areas such as Cath Lab, Perioperative Services and Diagnostic clinical areas. He has an MBA from Bellarmine College and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri. He is also an active member of AHRMM.

Stephanie Kowal

Senior Lawson SCM Consultant

Senior Lawson Supply Chain Consultant Stephanie Kowal is a leading voice in Infor Lawson SCM best practices and process improvement for healthcare.  She leverages a deep understanding of Lawson functionality, healthcare supply chain processes and procedures and organizational change management to spearhead SCM optimization and implementation efforts surrounding: RQC deployments, IPA approvals, Capital Requisitions, Lawson Mobile Applications, EDI (850/855/856), MSCM, LBI Dashboards, Smart Notifications, Lawson Security, Imaging Integration, IC11 Replacement Items and RNI Clean-up and Maintenance.  Her expertise in project management is comprehensive, including workflow design, system builds, testing, metrics, and go-live support. She is a frequent presenter in the Lawson community and a thought leader in RQC best practices, Lawson SCM Optimization and Contract Management. Combining a degree in Communication with her natural aptitude for leadership and mentoring, Mrs. Kowal is motivated by projects involving complex systems or processes and audiences with varying skill levels.  Before coming to RPI, Mrs. Kowal was the Supply Chain Consultant & System Administrator for a large health system.

Beau Hunt

Senior BI Architect

Beau Hunt is a Senior BI Architect with a focus on the integration of Supply Chain business intelligence solutions within the healthcare environment. He brings together the combination of a technology background and process improvement mind-set with extensive experience in business analytics, software design, and managing cross-functional teams with the goal of increasing efficiency, lowering costs and increasing revenues, while continuing to focus on patient results. Mr. Hunt has extensive experience designing, implementing and managing Infor Lawson Business Intelligence solutions to streamline Supply Chain operations in Healthcare environments. He has designed dashboards and reports that provide organizations with comprehensive spend analysis, contract compliance and Procure to Pay exception monitoring and tracking.

Bill Geddy

VP of Sales and Marketing

Bill brings vast experience in executive sales & marketing leadership, sales management and sales operations enabling in the mid to large market Lawson professional services space.  He has over 30 years' experience in the healthcare, public sector, and technology markets.  He retired from active service in 1999 as an Army Officer, after serving in the US Army in various areas of leadership, management and field levels including field artillery (battery, battalion, brigade levels) and personnel (battalion, brigade, divisional) for 23+ years.  He attended Georgia Southern University and is a proud member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity.
