Refund Policy:  Any refund requests need to be submitted to the SWUG treasurer at treasurer@swug.net by the dates listed below. Once request has been received a refund confirmation will be sent.

- Refunds requested by March 24, 2017 will receive a 100% refund of payment received.  
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation notifications after March 24, 2017.
