Please note: We have just released some of our new instant messaging capabilities. This is brand new functionality and it is considered a beta product. Due to it's technology base (Sockets/HTML5), we do not support IE9 and below. We support Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, and IE10. IE11+

We will be adding a note to this effect in the software for users of IE9 and below to avoid any confusion.
