Hello, Our organization struggles with managers entering terminations timely as well as updating them when the termination date changes. These changes in termination date are direct updates on the Dates and Service tab. This results in duplicate terminations in reporting, and also causes problems with benefits, absence management, security, downstream systems, etc. How does your organization process changes in termination date?
