GL -changes and reapprovals for recurring journals

How do you track changes and reapprove recurring journals? We want to have RJs which are changed go back out for approval, but there does not seem to be a way to do this.

There is no approval process of Recurring Journal entries. The approval process is when the Recurring Journal becomes a JE and goes through the standard JE approval process if you have that turned on.

The only way to get recurring journal change approvals is with a custom IPA. When I have worked with clients to create this, they usually modify the delivered JE approval flow to exclude the RJ system code from needing approval.
