In a recent SHRM survey, average absence cost for an organization was 15.4% of payroll; total indirect costs can be up to 25%. This is managers spending time tracking absences, finding replacement workers or having to do the job themselves, overtime costs, lowered productivity costs, these can all add up. ItÂ’s paramount that organizations accurately track and manage these costs, and hopefully lower them. Organizations need to be able to monitor, plan and budget for absence. With GHR absence you can. ItÂ’s robust and flexible, allowing for configurations for your specific plans. ItÂ’s easy to use and learn for employees and managers, and allows you to track, manage and report on absence. It comes with a great deal of flexibility, itÂ’s automated, and provides FMLA tracking and reporting to help you handle long term absences. This is a remote session.
