Presented by Hannah Alt and Emmanuel Taylor

Hannah Alt is a Business Analyst at RPI and an Infor Certified HCM Global HR and Talent Planning Consultant. As a former member of RPI’s PMO, Hannah brings the best of both project management and consulting to her clients.  Her attention to detail and background in mediation and customer service make her invaluable when it comes to keeping projects on a smooth and steady path.

Emmanuel is a Business Analyst certified and focused on Infor HCM CloudSuite/Global HR. He has supported projects across Infor CloudSuite by developing client-specific training and documentation for Infor Global HR. Emmanuel has also provided on-site testing support and led issue resolution for multiple CloudSuite projects. He has extensive experience with Infor Process Designer and Configuration Console taking pride in sharing his experience in configuring, supporting, documenting, and administering various modules in Infor Global HR.
