With over 29 years of practical business experience, Kathy has spent the last 25+ years as a business process specialist for the Infor/Lawson Software Human Resources Suite. As a project manager and a senior product specialist, she has been actively involved in all aspects of the Infor systems implementation lifecycle, while also coordinating business process re- engineering and redesign. This includes discovery, business needs analysis, system design, training, system test, data conversion, and interface design support. Kathy has managed large scale multi-suite implementations, including relationships with outside vendors contracted to perform tasks within the project. Her focus on business needs has led to strong and positive end user relationships and has eased the stress during the completion of testing and training project cycles.
Ariane Silva is an Infor CloudSuite HCM Certified Consultant focused on GHR Core and Benefits Implementations. She has supported various projects across all three Lawson S3 Suites, as well as Infor CloudSuite HCM. Ariane specializes in leading GHR (v11) Benefits and HCM implementations, as well as developing client-specific training documentation and preparing training and test environments. Ariane also has extensive experience administering and supporting Infor Lawson S3 and GHR Payroll. Ariane has used her experiences in S3 and V11 to unravel COBRA, ACA , Payroll, and Benefits in RPI’s monthly Tech Talks.
