Conversion of Histroical Data - Issue

Team, my organization has just completed a full migration to MS2012, which included updates to release updates in GHR. Prior to our current system, we implemented GHR in 2018 without carrying any data over from legacy systems. If an employee was hired and terminated in our legacy system, that data was not loaded into GHR.

With the 2012 migration, our legacy system is now read only. Let's say today, if I need to update an employee's date of hire in that legacy system, I have  Read more...no ability to do that.

It is likely that you or someone else still has access since you running and paying employees out of S3 Payroll. My recommnedation would be to give someone in HRIS access to update that data in S3 to make sure it stays in sync with GHR.

Modify PO100 creation of PO line MMDist info when Combine on PO  Read more...Line = Yes

When combine line is set to Yes for a non I-type item and the interfaced Requisition line is NOT combined with another line
MMDist records that USED TO BE set at 100% are now created as a Quantity Distribution with the order Quantity input.

When lines are edited or quantities cancelled, this requires the end user to access and update the MMDIST record in order to release the revision.

We're requesting Infor to change the default so that a single non I type Requisition line is created in PO20 with an MMDIST record at 100% instead of the Quantity set to match the PO line.  Show less...

I was interested to learn that the GLTRANS and ACTRANS tables could be copied in their entirety for historical reporting. Is this feature limited to just these tables or can we have other Lawson tables copied over as well, such as AP Vendors, Invoices, Payments, etc?
