The committee is pro-actively looking ahead and is curious of the community’s interest level in a 2026/2027 conference being hosted in Hawaii?

Endorse ER117047 - Additional reconciliation dimensions in Recon Mgmt

Categorized as:

Please review and vote on this requested enhancement to have additional dimension capabilities on reconciliation management. Currently, we are only able to reconcile based on the structure, which for us is the company, and the account. Yes, we can group accounts, but we need to actual expand reconciliation within an account by individual programs. I could see potential issues also for others using fund accounting and needing to reconcile by fund. Here is the link for the ER:

Please help us endorse ER 115831 to allow PayablesInvoice Audit data to be more than 100 records. We currently cannot write reports properly for match rates, invoice life cycle because the audit trail only lasts for the most recent 100 audit entries. We are also losing the financial data that we are required to keep for at least 7 years. We appreciate it if you can review and endorse! Thank you

Job Monitoring and Scheduler

Categorized as:

Good morning, all!
I am associated with a Government agency that is currently a customer of Infor ISG/Gov Cloud. We have been seeking a job scheduler and monitoring tool with no success.
Has any other users been able to successfully implement a scheduling tool for monitoring and controlling Infor Process Server Jobs?
We currently have DESeries for specific SFTP's, however, there are certain workstreams/jobs/triggers that require multiple dependencies and/or multiple platform  Read more...checks that we are looking to further automate and no longer requiring manually navigating checks and balances.
There's been several different Infor Users and Job Scheduling Vendors we've followed-up with but the main issue being encountered is Infor not having API's for Process Server - companies demonstrating only allowing application access to business classes (data) and ION API, which we use very little of the actual ION API in Production, and almost entirely reliant on Process Server for our jobs/batches.
Any insight, experience, questions, discussion would be greatly appreciated.
