There were numerous enhancements for Learning & Development in the April Update one being the release of Pre-Tests and Post-Tests. Previously the only evaluations available in Learning & Development were course evaluations of the instructor and/or content. Pre-tests are intended for employees to take prior to engaging in an activity. Post-tests are to  Read more...measure the employee’s knowledge after completing an activity. The results can be viewed by both employees and administrators. The ability to allow re-takes on a test-by-test basis is also available as well as the ability to set a passing score.
