This past month Infor made several updates to the Talent Acquisition application. In recognition of Pride month, there is one update especially worth mentioning. Infor has added the ability to define gender pronouns during self-identification!
The use of gender pronouns can now be included in the self-identification configuration that is assigned to a job requisition and can be used during the application process when Configurable Job Applications is enabled. The gender pronouns that  Read more...are selected during the application process are stored with the job application. They are then transferred for the employee upon Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion and Add Assignment request actions.
