Attention Infor HCM users - Look what is coming for Case Management in the June CU release! New Approval Workflow and Delivered Approval Templates!
Administrators can enable cases, by topic, to require approval before closing a case, using a newly delivered approval template or by creating their own. If enabled, when a case is created using a topic that requires approval, then the workflow is automatically triggered. Next email notifications will send out to the manager or custom group  Read more...that is configured to approve the case. The manager or member of the custom group can then reject or approve the case. Approvals and rejections are logged in the Case History report. Need assistance with your Infor product?
