Maintaining Positions during reorganization
How do other Infor GHR clients manage their Positions when a reorg is requested? We frequently get requests to make changes to our organization structure such as moving employees from one department to new one, however this would require new positions to be created in the new department. What is the best practice for maintaining positions (and the manager structure if the positions are managers)?
