ERP record retention

Supply Chain/ERP records and recall issues. What time periods do you use for the various categories of ERP records (Purchase Order, Receiving, Inventory Transactions, etc.). Are there special concerns regarding recall and patient use/implant items or is this covered in the Patient records data?

We're using ECRI's Alerts Tracker with their AutoMatch feature. As we are sending them PO History - they are able to retain for product recalls. There is an implant log that is recording the patient information so it's not playing into our keeping the bill only po or not.
