PR85 allows you to overwrite an item that has already been reconciled without an error message, for example, you can change the rec date. We have had several people make changes unintentionally which cuases a lot of issues. In CB80, if you try to change the rec date of an item that has already been reconciled, you get the error message this form action valid on open transactions only.
