Absence Management

Categorized as:

We have an absence plan set up for our CTO plan that allows employee to accrue up to 500 hours. We would like to increase the accrual to 700 for a few employees. I'm wondering if there is an easier way to do this without having to copy the CTO plan and create a new limit rule for just a few employees.

Any information if greatly appreciated.

So you would need to setup an LP04 (if this accrual is table based) or LP02 (this accrual is cycle based).
Go to LP31 and bring up the employee you would like to override the accrual (NOTE: LP31 is at the employee level not the plan/employee group)
From the LP31 click on the tab called Override tables
Select your Accrual table that you set-up on either LP04 or LP02 on the balance limit and select under the option Hours Table (no matter if this is cycle or table based)

Keep in mind that if the Master plan Balance Limit is set-up as a "table base" your override cannot be a cycle based setup on LP04. Normally this is not the case, however if you are trying to accomplish this you would need to copy your current plan and complete the new setup. Show less...
