If you did NOT have a chance to attend the [WEBINAR] COVID 19 Emergency Sick Pay EFMLA this week or if you would like to share with your peers, please select that image below...

Beginning April 2nd the Emergency Sick Pay Act will take effect and a substantial portion of the Infor client base will want to be prepared to implement these changes in their payroll and absence management systems. This change is only mandated for companies with less than 500 employees but many of our  Read more...customers, regardless of size, are expressing an interest of offering this to their employees.

An information sheet is attached that will help to further explain the parameters of these new regulations in order to assist organizations in quickly implementing the federally mandated benefits (for employers with fewer than 500 employees and those larger companies who choose to implement).

Bails will be conducting a 30 minute webinar on Monday April 6th at 3pm Eastern to further explain what is required to implement these changes to your payroll and absence management system. This webinar will provide information applicable to users of all Infor versions and across all industries.

Register early as demand is expected to be high. We will add an additional session or sessions if needed for April 7 or 8 if needed.

If you have any questions – or are seeking immediate assistance in setting up your new plan – please contact your Bails & Associates rep directly. If you are seeking assistance and do not have an existing contact please email info@bailsllc.com for assistance.

During this unprecedented time we’re all trying to find ways to support you. Our hope is that this effort will be of great assistance to those affected.

Best wishes,

Bails & Associates
