ATTENTION GHR PAYROLL USERS: Check out what new functionality dropped in with the January 2021 release!

First and foremost, there’s the new the Federal W2C reporting enhancement: a new action named Generate W2CFile generates the W2C report in a CSV Format. For those using GHR Time Entry, Release Time Records and Remove Batch for Time Record processing can now be run as multi-threaded actions, greatly improving performance for these Pay Cycle steps.

And finally,  Read more...Pay Class has been added to Employee Other Pay Rates as additional criteria when determining if add on rates or alternate rates should be applied to time records. If the pay code’s pay summary group is assigned to the pay class, the alternate rate or add on rate is considered when calculating the time record amount. Looking for more information? Also, for those using Transition Management and not using the Symmetry product for tax forms, don’t forget to download the 2021 W-4 from Infor and upload for your Onboarding programs. If you missed doing this at the beginning of the year, there’s a process you can run once you’ve uploaded the 2021 form found in Administrator > Utilities > Data Maintenance > Regenerate W-4 PDF Documents, that will update all W-4’s completed in 2021 to the 2021 form!
