Responsibilities:
The HR Systems Analyst is the primary administrator for the applicant tracking system (ATS), responsible for system updating, reporting and training. In addition, this position supports and assists in the configuration of the HRIS (Lawson), ensures data integrity and efficient processing of human resource information. The HR Systems Analyst will help to identify opportunities for enhancing business operations through better utilization of technology. Additionally, this position provides data needed to support business needs/analysis.

Primary Responsibilities of the HR Systems Analyst include:
1. Acts as primary administrator for the applicant tracking system including system maintenance, testing, new releases, and reporting. Manages ATS Helpdesk.
2. Supports and reports from the HRIS (Lawson) including researching and resolving problems, testing, analyzing and reporting, and auditing to ensure data quality and integrity is intact. Supports other HR-related reporting as needed. This includes compensation, compliance, benefits, etc.
3. Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems. May provide project management for a given HR initiative. Use project management and collaboration skills in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
4. Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries for business needs including metrics.
5. Serves as a key liaison and trusted partner with other HR teams as well as other stakeholders (IT, Payroll, etc.) to provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, recommending and developing HR solutions that are cost effective, meet business requirements and/or improve processes.
6. Trains and supports users of HR systems. Responsible for ensuring clear, concise and accurate system documentation is in place and remains updated and current.
7. Maintains awareness of system trends and updates and continuously increase both HR knowledge and HR systems knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
- 4 year college degree with concentration in human resources, business, information systems or other related area
Relevant Experience:
- 3 years of HR systems management experience
Other knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; able to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand format; skill in presenting ideas and information to a wide variety of audiences
- Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills with various applications and systems including Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong business knowledge in HR functions and processes such as HR, Benefits and Payroll
- Self-directed

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant Experience:
- Previous experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
- Previous experience with Lawson

Licensure/Certification:
- Project Management Certification or experience
