Lawson Human Capital Management Sr. Consultant
A Lawson Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant supports the system which includes HR, Payroll, Benefits and Absence Management and the integration with Infor Talent Management Global HR and  Read more...Compensation. Ensures the highest levels of end user satisfaction and data integrity.
• Evaluates requirements for new or modified functionality to determine feasibility, effort, compatibility, scalability and capabilities
• Identifies and implements information business system solutions that support more efficient and effective work performance based on inherent knowledge of business functions, processes and Lawson functionality
• Provides daily support of the S3 HRM Lawson suite of applications and those systems and/or interfaces that support it
• Proactive in reviewing system needs, investigates solutions and presents recommendations to management
• Performs and coordinates complex analysis, design, development, testing and support services for HRM applications
• Prepares written documentation of several types: application documentation, analytical reports, functional specifications, training manuals, status reports, etc.
• Develops end-to-end workflow process for IT customers that depict our integrated approach to improving the work done by a person or department
• Designs and modifies business rules in software/database applications to support organizational needs
• Designs application security to insure appropriate access
• Tests and implements solutions; Prepares flow charts and diagrams to illustrate current and future processes; Understands and follows change management processes
• Invests time to grow skills and stay current with technology and business unit developments
• Demonstrates leadership, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Effective communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Knowledge of integration/interface design methods
• Develops detailed end-user level documentation as necessary for all developed applications, scripts or processes
• Demonstrates project management and process re-engineering skills
• Strong analytic, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Required Experience:
• Implementation of Lawson Payroll, Benefits and Absence Management
• Business Process improvement assessments and recommendations for clients
• Deployment and coordination of expanded Lawson functionality, such as ESS/MSS and Global HR to meet specific business requirements
• Ability to travel nationwide on weekly basis
• Experienced in working with key stakeholders including C-level executives
• Customer service minded
• Attention to detail
• Talent Management skill set
M3 Business Consultant Supply Chain, Finance or Sales
You must have hands on experience with one or more of the Supply Chain, Finance or Sales modules. In addition, we are looking for experience with large scale implementations delivered on time and on budget. Ideally you would have experienced all phases of the project lifecycle and gained a good insight and understanding into agile, iterative delivery methodologies. You must possess current knowledge of changes in the Infor product offering and technological advances related to them.
Finance
• In depth of understanding of M3 Financials modules or another Tier 1 ERP vendor
• Most likely worked in a delivery role, with multiple project lifecycles completed
• Extensive experience in M3 Finance roles, with the ability to be comfortable taking about complex financial problems and solution
• Well-developed presentation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• The implementation and delivery experience should include at least three full project lifecycles
• Ideally an understanding of integration with other M3 applications and other financial consolidation tools and reporting and analytics tools
• Financial qualifications are highly desirable (ACCA, CIMA)
Sales
• In depth understanding of M3 Sales modules or another Tier 1 ERP vendor
• Most likely worked in a delivery role, with multiple project lifecycles completed
• Background in sales process analysis and providing complex business solutions from simple product sales to complex make-to-order products
• Well-developed presentation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• The implementation and delivery experience should include at least three full project lifecycles
Supply Chain
• Strong experience in the M3 supply chain modules: Production Planning, Warehouse Management and Materials Management
• Ability to explain the module capabilities and design the business process configuration
• Experience in implementing at least one of the M3 modules described above
• The implementation and delivery experience should include at least three full project lifecycles
• Strong supply chain process knowledge
• Understanding of the integration touch-points with other M3 modules
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to M3 applications, working as part of an Avaap Project team
• Provide consultative guidance and assistance directly to users of products in a professional and organized manner, using detailed application knowledge in accordance with the Avaap Methodology
• Provide clients with industry consulting expertise and “best practice” recommendations
• Effectively apply functional knowledge to complex’s delivery projects
• Achieving engagement objectives
• Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects
• Provide training to client’s IT department
• Responsible for assisting with any technical requirements in a project
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years working as M3 consultant for an implementation company or as a M3/Movex internal consultant in a final customer
• Experience in following industries: Fashion, Food and Beverage, Rental, Manufacturing and Distribution
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Work permit, if required
• Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision making, presentation and organization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
• Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
• Willingness to travel weekly throughout the United States
