Richard Stout is recognized as a thought leader on the Infor Lawson 10x environment, Infor Process Automation, and all their related components. He is often asked to speak at conferences and has delivered countless presentations to the Lawson community. With 10 years of experience working on a variety of system integration projects for Lawson Customers, Mr. Stout is able to understand an organization’s true pain points, develop a solution using a variety of available technologies, and execute. He draws on his IT background in database management, systems administration, programming, and automation to provide simple solutions to complex problems. As a certified Lawson technical consultant, Mr. Stout has installed and supported the full suite of Lawson products. He has worked extensively with ProcessFlow / Process Automation and various reporting, workflow, and imaging solutions.

Mr. Wayland, a certified Lawson Financials and Supply Chain consultant, has worked on Lawson implementation and post-implementation support projects for ten years. He has served as a Project Manager, Financials Lead and Procurement Lead, and has been responsible for business process review, system configuration, end-user training, and post-live support. He has pioneered techniques and business processes for RNI and INR cleanup, buyer message reduction and other procurement system optimizations. As one of the foremost invoice matching experts in the Lawson industry, he has provided expertise to dozens of Invoice Matching implementations with multiple configurations and business processes in both Shared Service and decentralized environments.
Keith will be presenting:
Mr. Cunningham holds multiple Infor certifications in Lawson administration and has profound expertise in Infor technology on both Microsoft and Unix/Oracle platforms on-premise as well as Infor Cloud. With experience managing people and projects and implementing large scale enterprise systems and comprehensive knowledge of the application stack from OS to user interface, he has been helping Lawson customers make the most of their technology investment for over ten years as a technical lead, architecture manager, integration architect, systems administrator, systems analyst, and programmer. Previously to joining RPI, Mr. Cunningham was a technical lead at Ciber, worked as the Enterprise Architecture Manager at Lakeland Regional Medical Center and was a Senior Systems Analyst at PlatformOne supporting multiple customers on Lawson.

Certified in Lawson installation and administration, Mr. Seay is an expert in Lawson systems on both Windows/MS-SQL and Unix/Oracle platforms. Commanding total knowledge of the application stack from OS to user interface, Mr. Seay has been helping Lawson customers make the most of their technology investment for over eight years as a system analyst, programmer, administrator, and installer. The past three years has given Mr. Seay the opportunity to master emerging technologies such as Infor Cloud, Lawson 10, Ming.le, Landmark, and Infor Federation. Mr. Seay’s background is with HR in a healthcare environment, where he became an expert on ESS/MSS customizations and ProcessFlow.

Jeff House is a seasoned Lawson Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Lawson customization and interface development as well system administration and installation and HCM functionality. Jeff has worked extensively with 4GL, IPA, and SQL, and has a thorough understanding of Lawson’s Cobol-based data extract programs and how Lawson retrieves and manipulates information. He has created numerous complex IPA flows, customized Employee/Manager Self Service solutions, led Absence Management implementations including writing custom calculations, and led multiple Lawson Security design and implementation projects, serving as the functional and technical resource. Additionally Jeff has a deep understanding of the GL and HCM data models and business use of these Lawson suites.

Prior to joining RPI, Jeremy Stoltzfus was the Infor/Lawson System Administrator for Penn State Health for over 9 years and brought over 3 years of system administration experience from a previous employer. During his time with Penn State Health, Jeremy helped implement LBI, MSCM, Process Flow, Landmark Process Automation, Global HR and Talent Acquisition. He has been through 4 major application upgrades of the Lawson Suite. Jeremy has been very active in the Lawson community by serving on the board for the Keystone Lawson User group and an active participant of the Lawson Global User Group board and Infor Customer Experience board. Jeremy has been a frequent presenter at Lawson User Groups throughout the country where he has presented on a variety of topics including Landmark Administration, Landmark performance tuning and Process Flow/Automation and is recognized as a thought leader in the industry.

Senior Lawson Supply Chain Consultant Stephanie Kowal is a leading voice in Infor Lawson SCM best practices and process improvement for healthcare. She leverages a deep understanding of Lawson functionality, healthcare supply chain processes and procedures and organizational change management to spearhead SCM optimization and implementation efforts surrounding: RQC deployments, IPA approvals, Capital Requisitions, Lawson Mobile Applications, EDI (850/855/856), MSCM, LBI Dashboards, Smart Notifications, Lawson Security, Imaging Integration, IC11 Replacement Items and RNI Clean-up and Maintenance. Her expertise in project management is comprehensive, including workflow design, system builds, testing, metrics, and go-live support. She is a frequent presenter in the Lawson community and a thought leader in RQC best practices, Lawson SCM Optimization and Contract Management.

Beau Hunt is a Senior BI Architect with a focus on the integration of Supply Chain business intelligence solutions within the healthcare environment. He brings together the combination of a technology background and process improvement mind-set with extensive experience in business analytics, software design, and managing cross-functional teams with the goal of increasing efficiency, lowering costs and increasing revenues, while continuing to focus on patient results. Mr. Hunt has extensive experience designing, implement and managing Infor Lawson Business Intelligence solutions to streamline Supply Chain Operations in Healthcare environments.
Beau will be presenting:
Mr. Farruggio, a certified Lawson Security Consultant and Lawson Supply Chain Consultant, has five years’ experience leading process improvement efforts and supporting post-implementation Lawson environments. While Mr. Farruggio has lead Lawson Security transition projects and supported Security implementations, he has also assisted clients with MSCM implementations, RQC Support and Par Optimization efforts. In addition, Daniel has supported multiple Procure-to-Pay initiatives including Invoice Matching and P-Card implementations. His customer facing skills and demeanor have made him a popular choice with clients for hands on onsite support. He has expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and been successful working with complex supply chain processes and security designs.

Melissa is a senior Infor/Lawson Human Capital Management applications consultant with origins in the technical side. She is experienced and certified in Lawson Global Human Resources and Talent Management as well as the Lawson S3 HR applications. Recent past roles include Project Manager for multiple Employee and Manager Self Service implementations, Infor/Lawson upgrades including a version 10 beta upgrade, as well as working on various Global HR implementation and optimization endeavors. Her experience with Lawson started on the technical side. As a Lawson programmer, she supported HR functions for a public sector company before making the transition to the application side via her role leading an HR implementation through the full life cycle. Melissa has 14 years of Lawson experience specializing in optimization of HR business processes using Lawson tools including ESS/MSS, Process Automation and LBI Smart Notifications.

Mr. Slazak has more than 16 years of experience with the Lawson S3 environment and 6 years of implementing and using the Talent Management/Global HR system. Working with clients with 2,500 to 25,000 employees, Mr. Slazak has led and executed implementations and upgrades of the GHR system and built hundreds of configuration changes and Process Flows extending the use and abilities of the product and suit the system to the needs of the individual companies.

Jackie Dudas is a Lawson-Certified HR/Payroll and TM Consultant with experience in supporting pre- and post-implementation Lawson environments and process improvement efforts. Ms. Dudas has serviced various roles as a Lawson Human Capital Management and Lawson Talent Management consultant. Recent past roles include Interim HRIS Manager for a large outpatient healthcare organization, HCM version 10 differences training instructor, and HRIS testing and data specialist in a hospital acquisition. She has served as an HCM Consultant for multiple installations of the full suite of Lawson Products, creating comprehensive training documentation comprised of scripts and client-specific documents. Spearheading the HR and PA module builds, she has supported TM, PA, BN and LP module implementations as well as reinstallations and data/structure clean-up endeavors.
