This session will detail a proven change enablement (not management) methodology that can be utilized by organizations in any industry to effectively assess organizational readiness, ensure a consistently shared vision, facilitate communication, and secure leadership and stakeholder commitment. Using this model as the prototype, organizations can ensure a timely transition with minimal disruptions for both employees and clients.

Technical Breakout: Landmark technology and architecture overview - Learn about the Landmark Java technology framework platform. You'll hear about its architecture, signature features, capabilities, and tools, including user experience, reporting, Configuration Console, web services, and more.
