Numeric usernames?

Has anyone switched to numeric user names vs alpha? IE: 123456 vs absmith?
Our company has switched to this for all new users and I'm looking for any gotcha's, issues etc.
We are on Lawson 10.0.9 on-premise.

Hi Lance, did you get any feedback on this. Else let me know. We have dealt with some of these considerations and can provide some perspective.

Hello Vinod, we have since switched and all new users are now numeric. We needed to install a utility on the HP-UX box to allow unix to handle the numeric usernames but I haven't heard of any issues with that. So far so good, we are not running into any issues.
