Lawson Infor Talent/Absence Management and HR/Payroll Consulting Engagements (Twin Cities)

We have an immediate need for two Lawson/Infor Consulting Professionals.

This is a healthcare organization that recently upgraded from V9 to V10 with regard to their HR/Payroll systems. Our client has a backlog of minor projects and trouble tickets related to the recent upgrade to V10. You will join a team of 4, including 2 resources currently responsible for the IPA/PF work. Engagement is anticipated to last 6-12 months. The following talent is needed to support the Project:

HR/Payroll Analyst: Assist with validating data for 1095s, Make necessary changes to data for accurate 1095 generation, Creating reports for requests from users, Troubleshooting errors and answering functionality questions.

Helpful Tools:
• Lawson Spreadsheet Designer
• Microsoft Add-Ins
• MS-Access
• Crystal Reports – Create reports, maintenance to existing reports, creating/maintaining dashboards.

Talent/Absence Management Analyst: Work to further streamline the GHR/LTM implementation/upgrade to V10 and work on new module implementation Projects as they arise. Work with business users to accomplish configuration refinements/modifications and support. Specific initial project duties include:

Absence Management: Implement changes to existing plans, Implement Linked Plans.

Talent Management: Implement Performance Management changes and new functionality, Implement Compensation Management functionality.

Timing: We’ll schedule interviews immediately for those with the appropriate skill set. Start date 1-3 weeks.

Rate: Anticipating rates of $60-105/hour for this engagement - negotiable. Engagement will entail work mostly on-site.
