Employees working across multiple independent process levels

Currently we have multiple head process levels but have not allowed employees to cross process levels. With the acquisition of another entity, I will need to add another head process level. We already have employees working at here and at the organization we will bring on January 1. Therefore, we have to set up the system to meet our needs when employees work in multiple head process levels. We do not use Position Codes.

I understand that I can add another position record on  Read more...HR11 for the other independent process level with the appropriate department, job code, and rate. This would force the wages to be expensed correctly to the GL.

Question1: Can I force the deductions to come from the home process level on HR11?

Question 2: Is there any way to report all the earning on one W2 (home process level)? Infor tells me no, but I have seen old posts on Infor that this can be done.
