9.0 S3 to 10.0 LTM information

I recently moved from a company that is on the 9.0 S3 platform, to one on 10.0 LTM. I am having difficulty finding information to help me understand what functions are in LTM versus S3, and how the interface works. I imagine there is something for upgrading to Landmark, what to know; can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
