Enhancement Request # 26493 - PR85

PR85 allows you to overwrite an item that has already been reconciled without an error message, for example,
you can change the rec date. We have had several people make changes unintentionally which causes a lot of issues. In CB80, if you try to change the rec date of an item that has already been reconciled, you get an error message this form action valid on open transactions only. We would like the same error message to appear on  Read more...PR85. We need your help to get this ER approved. Please vote on ER # 26493 and help get this issue resolved!
