Can you help answer this? Employers share of Health Insurance cost into our bi-weekly payrolls

We are trying to get the Employers share of Health Insurance cost into our bi-weekly payrolls so that we run the last payroll we will have that amount in the system so that it will flow to the W2 box with the DD. Currently we run a separate file which we push in after the last payroll is closed.

Hi Loring... we include our company share on the BN15 setup (BN19.1 Options Rule Screen) so the per pay deduction gets taken at the same time as the employee deduction every pay and it posts to a company deduction code (under the deduction tab on BN15). Payroll pulls the amount of this deduction into the W2 at yearend. You do need to remember when you refund an employee a deduction you also have to reverse the company deduction.
