Requirements:

1. Several conference calls prior to each meeting (usually monthly calls between meetings and weekly for 6 weeks immediately before the meeting)

2. Responsibility for an area of coordination for running the meeting/group

3. Ideas and suggestions for making the meetings fun and interesting.
