Has anyone converted from LDAP to LDAPS?

We have actually done this for a number of clients. Its not a difficult process but you have to make sure you fully understand the process to make sure you can roll back properly, etc... If not and you dont have a good ldap backup you can seriously impact your data. Please let me know if we can help in any way.
