Reports to Manager, Benefits and Compensation. Evaluates, analyzes, designs, and maintains company Human Resources Information Systems. Continually monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. Serves as the liaison with information systems staff and vendor in resolving programming and related problems. Creates reports from data base. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of the company. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Essential Functions

• Provides and maintains management reports for Administration, Providers, Management, and end users as required/requested.

• Leads, develops, and coordinates interfaces related to the Human Resources Systems.

• Provide data to vendor management, legal, and third party on special projects.

• Reconcile vendor invoices.

• Partner with IS on all system upgrades and implementations to include pre-analysis, selection, testing, and implementation of new projects and enhancements of HR systems.

• Ensure the integrity of all HRIS data, reporting, and the oversight of service. Create import definitions and perform group data updates into the HR systems.

• Analyze and coordinate business process changes that may impact security of HR systems and confidentiality of data.

• Continually evaluate internal processes to ensure data flow and propose changes to processes as needed.

• Administration of Halogen System: manage user accounts, administer mandatory 90-day and annual performance evaluations, troubleshoot and resolve IT Help Desk requests.

• Manage the development HR-related reports for internal and external customers on a continuous basis, continually evaluating the HRIS/reporting needs of the company to ensure they are met.

Experience
• 5 years of HR experience and 3 years HRIS experience required

Education and Certifications
Associates degree required or 5 years of HRIS experience in lieu of a degree.
SPHR/PHR Certification preferred. Show less...
