Melissa Olson
Director, HCM Practice
Melissa Olson is the Director of RPI’s Infor Human Capital Management Practice. With over twenty years of experience working with customers to implement and support Infor Human Capital Management solutions, she is responsible for the development of our HCM delivery team and customer satisfaction. Certified in Infor CloudSuite Global Human Resources and Talent Management, she has worked as an Engagement Manager, a Project Manager, and as an HCM Lead Consultant for full cycle Infor CloudSuite HCM implementations, Upgrades. and Process Improvement efforts. She is a frequent presenter at Infor’s user groups and is recognized as an industry thought leader. Her background in software development gives her an acute understanding of how to maximize Infor CloudSuite’s extensibility tools to support unique customer business processes and requirement. Melissa brings a client’s perspective and a deep business process knowledge to the table, making her an expert architect of HCM solutions.
Jeremy Stoltzfus
Senior Technical Consultant
With almost fifteen years of experience in the Infor-Lawson space, Jeremy Stoltzfus is a Senior Technical Consultant at RPI. Throughout his time here, he has specialized in software installation, migrations to the Infor CloudSuite applications, and improvement of existing Infor implementations. For a customer, his primary responsibilities as system administrator include installations, upgrades, configurations, and development. He is very active in the Infor community and serves on the board for the Keystone Infor User Group. Jeremy has also been an active participant of the Infor Global User Group board and Infor Customer Experience board. As a frequent presenter, he has discussed a variety of topics, such as landmark administration, landmark performance tuning, and process automation. Jeremy is recognized as a thought leader in the industry and maintains certifications in Infor Landmark Development and Infor Process Automation.
Julia Pagio
Senior Financials Consultant
Julia Pagio is a Senior Financial Consultant with over twenty years of business experience, including a high concentration in Lawson S3 Financial applications. She has been actively involved in all aspects of the implementation life cycle of Infor Lawson software, including business needs analysis, system design, conversion efforts, and interface design. Her keen ability to analyze the client’s business helps her to develop the optimum Lawson-based solution for her clients and she has provided creative solutions to the health care, financial services, professional services, technology, non-profit, utilities and mining industries. Her technical skills include software evaluation, system integration testing, technical documentation, system operations, database management, SQL Server, and system/data analysis. Julia is professionally certified in the Lawson Financial Suite and as a Public Accountant (CPA).
Juan Menendez
Senior SCM Consultant
Juan Menendez recently joined RPI as a Senior Consultant in our Supply Chain Management practice. A Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen certified professional, he has almost thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry. His pivotal role in key positions throughout his career has transformed several organizations and moved them to new levels of productivity and efficiency. Through his role as director of central services and distribution at a level-one trauma center, he leveraged his extensive knowledge of OR scheduling, preference cards, supplies management and sterile instrumentation within the implementation of the Infor supply chain solution. His involvement in this implementation led him to be recruited as a senior project manager for the ISH supply chain team. There, he performed Infor implementations for healthcare clients ranging from high-level distribution to acute care units in over forty different healthcare centers. Eventually he became the SCM director of Surgery and Cardiac Catherization lab at Park Nicollet, where he oversaw a complete rehaul of these departments. Juan’s experience interfacing Epic and Infor systems, coupled with his familiarity in high acuity medical theaters, make him a sought-after expert in Infor consulting and Supply Chain Management.
