Now let’s discuss the key deliverables a client might receive out of this engagement. We have a written deliverable which covers the scope and approach of our project, as well as the organizational profile. It contains everything gathered during the discovery period; this information forms the narrative of how the Lawson application is used, how well it is meeting the client’s needs, and any other noticeable gaps that we can close with CloudSuite. We back up this process with our data analysis, where we examine the transactions and configuration within the system. That step includes our business process review, which is a recommended approach when moving to CloudSuite.

Alongside our data analysis, we deliver a spreadsheet-based W.I.C.E inventory (workflows, interfaces, customizations, and extensions)This element iessentially a listing of development work that needs to be done as part of the CloudSuite implementation. Also, wprovide a reporting analytics assessment and CloudSuite implementation budgetary estimates that are primarily workshop-driven. These come in an Excel package that we put together, which is something we'll discuss more later in the series. We conclude our deliverable with an executive summaryand that’s our power-puncher.
