Mr. Wayland, RPI's Managing Partner and a certified Lawson Financials and Supply Chain consultant, has worked on Lawson implementation and post-implementation support projects for ten years. He has served as a Project Manager, Financials Lead and Procurement Lead, and has been responsible for business process review, system configuration, end-user training, and post-live support. He has pioneered techniques and business processes for RNI and INR cleanup, buyer message reduction and other procurement system optimizations. As one of the foremost invoice matching experts in the Lawson industry, he has provided expertise to dozens of Invoice Matching implementations with multiple configurations and business processes in both Shared Service and decentralized environments. Keith has developed a deep understanding of the general ledger impact of procurement and distribution of goods, PO invoice discrepancy management and vendor payments and has used this experience to help finance departments to better understand and troubleshoot discrepancies. He has extensive experience with multiple Lawson Modules including GL, AP, AM, AC, CB, MA, PO, IC, RQ, WH and Lawson Security.

Mrs. Kowal, certified in Lawson’s Procurement Suite, has over eight years of experience working in materials management, process improvement, and project management, including three years in system administration. She has led the implementation of electronic requisition and approval processes and created user training materials and sessions for more than 1,000 requesters and approvers. Additionally, she spearheaded the conversion of LAUA to Lawson Security for supply chain, reconfiguring user setup and roles for better alignment with the segregation of duties. Her expertise in project management is comprehensive, including workflow design, system builds, testing, metrics, and go-live support. In addition to the management of supply chain policies and procedures, she has created customized reporting and metrics to assist with adherence post-implementation. Mrs. Kowal has also provided oversight to procurement projects involving data file conversions, interface mapping, par location builds, shopping lists, and installation of hand-held units.
